Project Sustainable Semiconductor Manufacturing Program Engineering First Time Researcher (FTR) Fellowship Term Spring 2026 Status Closed Research Area Materials engineering, sustainability engineering Description Student will perform assessment of fluorochemcials used in common manufacturing processes including photoresist spin coating and UV curing. Student will gain exposure to common analytical techniques for measuring fluorine content of solid substrates.
