Information studies, business, ethics
In this project, we will conduct a systematized review, which is a form of literature review that uses elements of systematic review methodology (such as defined search strategies, inclusion/exclusion criteria, and structured data extraction) while allowing for more flexibility in scope and analysis. The goal is to identify, evaluate, and synthesize existing research related to business ethics instruction in colleges and universities. We will explore the following research questions: 1) What impact does business ethics education have on students ethical reasoning and moral development? 2) What instructional methods (e.g., case studies, simulations, experiential learning) are most effective in teaching business ethics? 3) How do faculty members approach the integration of ethics into business curricula?
