The Impact of Experiential Learning on Liberal Arts education: An analysis of student perspectives Margo Katherine Wilke Undergraduate Research Internship Program Spring 2025 Accepted Humanities, Social Sciences, Experiential Learning Working with Will Sartore, CLA Director for Global and Experiential Learning, participants on this project will contribute to ongoing institutional research regarding the impact of experiential learning experiences on humanities-related education. The purpose of this research project will be to center student voices in the research design and future implementation. Examining data from programs like study abroad, undergraduate research, and service-learning, this project will explore how students 'make-meaning' from their experiences with these programs and how this participation contributes to their understanding of their Humanities-related fields. This project is ideal for participants who are interested in exploring the 'Why' of student involvement in College. William G Sartore Participants on this project will assist with research design development, literature reviews, and informal data collection which will be used to guide future research. Students must be enrolled in a College of Liberal Arts program (Major, minor, or certificate). No GPA requirement. 0 2 (estimated)
