• Lodging: Rooms at The Greenbrier to be booked individually. Deluxe room: $379 per night plus 6.5% historic preservation fee, $39 resort fee, 6% sales tax, and 3% occupancy tax. King, double, or twin beds available by request. Note: Room block website to be provided after registration is confirmed with President’s Council.
• Travel: Travel arrangements to White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia, including ground transportation to The Greenbrier, will be made by each guest. Shuttles are available from area airports to The Greenbrier for a fee; please call 304-536-1110 ext. 7259.
• Excursions: All excursions are on your own except the Bunker Tour, which is included in the trip cost.
• Parking: Greenbrier valet parking: $25 per night in lot or $50 in garage. Self-parking is complimentary.
