Projects

Eyetracking

Eyetracking is a novel technique in which a camera tracks the participants eyes. It has been shown that people look at what they are thinking about, so we are able to see what part of a picture they are looking at in real-time.

Dialogue Tasks

Our lab also uses dialogue-like tasks where a participant describes various pictures. This technique allows us to see how a participant utilizes language in a more natural setting.

Wearable Devices

We are currently collaborating with the engineering department to develop practical uses for people with aphasia using a wearable acoustic sensor.
