Identity and Access Management

IAMO LDAP Authentication Service

Introduction

For services that are unable to use CAS and SAML authentication and are hosted on a Purdue network, the Identity and Access Management Office (IAMO) offers an LDAP authentication service. This service provides LDAP authentication that is similar to the I2A2 LDAP service.

Requesting Access

To obtain access to the LDAP authentication service, you will first need to fill out a Service Level Agreement (SLA) between your group and the IAMO. Once you have completed the SLA, forward the hard copy to: IAMO Director/ITAP/ROSS.

Purdue's LDAP Authentication Service urls:

          ldap://webservices.itns.purdue.edu:10389 (STARTTLS)
          ldaps://webservices.itns.purdue.edu:10636 (SSL)
