Email scanning system improves protection, reduces bulk email, increases user control

Purdue’s new email scanning system is capturing a voluminous amount of bulk email aimed at the inboxes of the University community. ITaP is tuning the new system so email that users want becomes less likely to be caught by the system’s filters and quarantined.
