Did You Know?: Purdue Village Gardens
A peaceful, southwest corner of Purdue's West Lafayette campus contains about 200 garden plots available for anyone to rent. Located off Airport Road between the University's intramural fields and airport, the Purdue Village Gardens are popular among the about 2,500 residents in the village, says Kim Hardaway, Purdue Village residential life manager.

President honored with Women in Space Science Award
President France A. Córdova received the Women in Space Science Award from the Adler Planetarium Women's Board on Wednesday (May 2) in Chicago. The honoree spends the day with more than 200 young women from Chicago area schools and is recognized at a luncheon. Read more...

Women's tennis to face Pepperdine in NCAA first round
The Purdue women's tennis team has earned a spot in the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in school history. The Boilermakers will travel to Berkeley, Calif., to take on Pepperdine in the first round after earning an automatic bid with the school's first Big Ten Tournament Championship over the weekend.
