One entrance to Northwestern garage to close Thursday

The Northwestern Avenue north entrance to the Northwestern Avenue Parking Garage (PGNW) near the Visitor Information Center will be closed from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. Thursday (Nov. 10) for lighting repairs. The Northwestern Avenue south entrance near the Exponent building, as well as the Grant Street entrance, will remain open.

Reminder: Nationwide test of Emergency Alert System to be held today

Purdue Campus Emergency Preparedness and Planning would like to remind faculty and staff about the first Nationwide Emergency Alert System (EAS) Test, which will be conducted at 2 p.m. ET today (Nov. 9) by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and others. The test will run concurrently on all radio and TV bands, and the message will run for 30 seconds. More information is available here.
