Negishi lecture, interview, images available online
The Nobel Prize website now features video of Nobel laureate Ei-Ichi Negishi's Nobel lecture, "Magical Power of Transition Metals: Past, Present and Future," which he presented Wednesday (Dec. 8). The lecture is available here.

* At 10:30 a.m. ET Friday (Dec. 10) King Carl XVI Gustaf will
present Negishi with the medal for the Nobel Prize in chemistry as

Purdue recycling efforts improve
During a building deputy meeting in November, Gary Evans, director of Grounds, and Terry Ashlock, director of Building Services, presented a recycling update showing that Purdue is reducing, reusing and recycling its way to decreasing the University's presence in landfills and damage to the environment.
