Veteran in structural engineering office marks 35 years of service

When Barbra Streisand was singing "The Way We Were" and the American public was adjusting the rabbit ears on their television sets to get "Happy Days," Molly Stetler and her trusty typewriter were already working for Purdue. At the time, she could not have predicted that her tenure in the School of Civil Engineering would outlast the primetime versions of the song and the sitcom. President's Forum set for Tuesday

The President’s Forum will he held at 1 p.m. Tuesday (Feb. 23) in the South Ballroom, Purdue Memorial Union. President France A. Córdova will present the annual state of the University address.

APSAC to hold forum on Sustaining New Synergies

APSAC is sponsoring a forum on Sustaining New Synergies from 11 a.m. to noon Friday (Feb. 19) in Room 218, Stewart Center. Speaking at the forum will be Al Diaz, executive vice president for business and finance, treasurer, who will outline the challenges and potential solutions and then answer questions. The forum is geared toward administrative and professional staff, but is open to all Purdue employees. Seating is limited to 300 people. Workshops to promote education in recognition of Disability Awareness Month

Purdue policy allows forwarding of purdue.edu messages to third-party e-mail clients

Purdue's official e-mail policy states, "Users may forward their Purdue University e-mail to another e-mail address, but any User who does so expressly assumes all responsibility for delivery beyond the @purdue.edu domain." This means purdue.edu e-mail addresses can be forwarded to third-party e-mail addresses such as those from Gmail, Hotmail or Yahoo. Read more...

Continuing Education and Conferences, in its national search for a director of the conference division, has scheduled open forums for three candidates.
