The demands of work and personal responsibilities can be overwhelming at times, affecting mental and physical health and reducing well-being and productivity. Today's events

Healthy Planet Party and Swing Dance will be held from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Recreational Sports Center. The event, open to Purdue students and employees and their families, will include Zumba and Afro-Latin Dance classes, inflatables, games, contests, refreshments, swing dance lessons and a swing dance.
