Today's tip:
Wellness

Are eggs good or bad for you? First the good -- they provide high-quality protein and contain vitamins A, E, D, B12, folate, iron, and other nutrients. One egg is the equivalent of one ounce of protein. Eggs are low in saturated fat, but the yolk portion contains significant amounts of cholesterol. Aim for three to four egg yolks a week. If you’ve reached your limit, use two egg whites for each egg called for in a recipe, or substitute one egg with ¼ cup of an egg substitute.
