FEATURED NEWS FOR EMPLOYEES

Some benefit enrollment kits to be late

Due to a glitch in the production of the reports that go in open enrollment benefit kits, about 500 employees have not yet received their packets. The situation is being remedied, and the remaining kits are expected to go into the mail tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 30). Employees who need longer than the stated deadline of Nov. 7 to complete their enrollment will be granted a few additional days automatically and do not need to contact Staff Benefits to ask for an extension.

Enrollment forms and information are also available online at www.purdue.edu/benefits/enroll.html. Employees may direct questions to staffbenefits@purdue.edu.

Today's tip:
Wellness

Are you stuck in the same workout routine? Or have you gotten over the initial adaptations to exercise and are getting little to no new results? Try mixing up your workout. Add new and exciting exercises, or try a new sport completely. If you have been a runner for a large part of your training, try swimming some laps at a pool to work different muscles and experience a different cardiovascular activity.
