Melnyk lecture scheduled for this morning has been canceled

A lecture this morning in Discovery Park by the dean of Arizona State University's College of Nursing & Healthcare Innovation has been canceled. Bernadette Mazurek Melnyk, Distinguished Foundation Professor in Nursing at ASU, was scheduled to talk on "The State of Evidence-Based Practice with a Vision for the Future" at 10 a.m. in the Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship in conjunction with the Pioneer Speaker Series. The Regenstrief Center for Healthcare Engineering, which organized the lecture, is working to reschedule a visit by Melnyk for a later date.

Faculty, staff invited to discuss strategic plan draft at forum today

Faculty, staff and community members will have the opportunity to provide feedback on a draft of Purdue's next strategic plan at a forum scheduled for 10 to 11:30 a.m. today (April 29) in Purdue Memorial Union's North Ballroom. More

Big Ten champion women's golf team gets No. 2 seed in regional championships

The sixth-ranked Purdue women's golf team is the No. 2 seed in the 2008 NCAA Women's Golf Central Regional Championships, the NCAA announced on Monday. The Central Regional will be held May 8 to 10 at the University of Texas Golf Course in Austin, Texas. The tournament will be hosted by the University of Texas. More on women's golf
