Meeting to focus on Purdue-Notre Dame research collaborations

A March 1 meeting will give Purdue and Notre Dame faculty the opportunity to learn about each other’s research and research interests and to consider synergies.

The meeting, focused on "RFP for Seed Funding Program for Research Collaborations with Faculty at the University of Notre Dame," will be from 10 am. to noon in Room 129, Burton D. Morgan Center for Entrepreneurship.

This year the program focuses on water resources in Africa and developing nations. Example target areas for Research include water supply and purification technology, water and agriculture, creating a sustainable water supply system, developing local leadership and entrepreneurship with respect to water supply and management and reducing the total cost of water to residents. The characteristics of an RFP will be discussed.
