Mentors and Mentees PAIR Mentoring Program

The PAIR Mentoring Program matches freshman engineering students (mentees) with sophomore, junior, or senior engineering students (mentors) based on academic major, mutual interests, and personality. The program focuses on developing relationships through attendance at Monthly Meetings and Socials organized by the M&M program; along with a commitment from the mentor and mentee to meet outside of regular program activities.

The PAIR Mentoring Program meets once a month on Tuesdays from 6:00 - 7:45 p.m. A light dinner is provided at each meeting. Monthly meetings include mentoring activities as well as featured speakers on topics of personal, academic, and professional interest for engineering students such Business Etiquette, Effective Networking, Health & Wellness, Personal Finance, and Alternate Career Paths.
