Tera Bivins

Lead Human Resource Business Partner

Tera Bivins leads the HR Business Partner Team for Student Life and Administrative Operations. She also serves as the Lead HR Business Partner for the College of Liberal Arts and the College of Education.

Bivins came to Purdue with an extensive healthcare human resources background. Prior to joining Purdue University, she served as the vice president of organizational health at an independent rural hospital where she was responsible for all aspects of HR and ancillary department operations. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communication from Eureka College and her Master of Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University.
