The Strategic Thinking: Creating a Plan for Loyalty and Growth module integrates the three previous models to provide participants the big picture and to develop a blueprint for success. Skills will be developed to gain a competitive advantage in the veterinary marketplace and a broad understanding of goals, strengths and opportunities.

Through a combination of lectures, case analyses, and hands-on exercises, participants will examine the key components of an integrated business strategy and will apply the management knowledge and skills learned to developing a functional business plan for a veterinary clinic or hospital.
Logan Jordan is the associate dean for administration at the Krannert School of Management, where he serves as chief of staff and oversees the school's infrastructure and support services.
Jordan has taught courses in corporate strategy, competitive advantage, and the management of innovation and technology. He has taught in Krannert's undergraduate, master's and executive programs. He also has taught programs for Zoetis.
