Career Development

Earning your degree might be your primary focus while attending Purdue, but it’s never too early to start preparing for your job search and transition to the workforce. Our Education to Occupation (E2O) program is designed to facilitate that process.

Our Assistant Director provides the following services:

  • Supervise and develop Peer Consultants
  • Support the military-connected student in the job search process
  • Improve business etiquette
  • Facilitate matching students with employers for internships or full-time employment and provide networking opportunities

The Veterans Success Center has Peer Consultants who are military-related students and trained by our Center for Career Opportunities (CCO) to provide you the following direct services:

  • Resume review and development
  • Cover letter review and development
  • Translate military experiences into non-military language
