Friday, June 12, 2020

The Purdue Veterinary Medicine family is deeply saddened by the passing of Liz Brooks. A key contributor to the college’s Business Office team and part of the PVM family for over 20 years, Liz retired from Purdue on April 4. Following a recent illness, she passed away Sunday, June 7, at IU Health Arnett in Lafayette. Liz will be greatly missed by so many, especially within the PVM family.

A visitation took place yesterday evening, with a funeral service celebrating Liz’s life to be held at 1:00 p.m. this afternoon (June 12) at Congress Street United Methodist Church (2010 Congress Street, Lafayette, Ind. 47905) with Pastor Rachel Metheny officiating. COVID-19 precautions are required. If planning to attend, please wear a face mask. A private burial service is planned for a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Congress Street United Methodist Church in loving memory of Liz. Click here to access the Fisher Funeral Chapel Tribute Store to send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Liz. Click here to view the full obituary.
