Conference check-in is located on the first floor of the Stewart Center in the East Foyer. The check-in schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, September 17 – 12:00-5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, September 18 – 6:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursday, September 19 – 6:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Friday, September 20 – 6:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
To register on site, visit walk-in registration in Stewart Center, Room 107.
One CE credit is offered for each 50 minute session of lecture. Attendees can earn up to 26 hours of continuing education at the 2019 Purdue Veterinary Conference. It is your responsibility to document which sessions you attend and the number of hours you receive. To facilitate this, you will find a form to use in your conference program.

Indiana Registered Veterinarians are required to have completed forty (40) hours of continuing education acquired between October 15, 2017 and October 15, 2019. Veterinary Licenses expire on October 15 of odd numbered years. The next renewal date is October 15, 2019.
Indiana Registered Veterinary Technicians are required to have completed sixteen (16) hours of continuing education acquired after January 1, 2018. Veterinary Technician Registrations expire on January 1 of even numbered years. The next renewal date is January 1, 2020.
Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians licensed in other states should check their own requirements.

Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is located approximately 140 miles north of West Lafayette and is approximately a three-hour drive from the airport to Purdue. Ground transportation direct from the airport to campus is available through the shuttle services listed below:
Amtrak Train service to Lafayette is available from Indianapolis, Chicago and several other cities.
Greyhound Bus services the Lafayette-West Lafayette area from the Chicago, Gary, Hammond and Indianapolis hubs. Schedules and fares vary, so consult the Greyhound website or call (800) 231-2222.
FREE parking will be available at the First United Methodist Church (1700 State Road 26 W. West Lafayette, IN). Shuttles will be available to/from Stewart Center throughout the program. Shuttles will be available to/from Stewart Center throughout the program.
The shuttle runs a continuous loop between First United Methodist Church and other campus locations during the three days of the conference.
