Schedule of Fees for Indiana Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory Tests (PDF)

A complete list of tests and pricing available at the Animal Disease Diagnostic Laboratory at Purdue University. Changes to the fee schedule may occur. Please refer to our website for the most current information.

  • ADDL services are furnished to any Indiana resident without charge for testing required by the rules of the Indiana State Board of Animal Health.
  • Any testing requiring the sample to be sent to a non-ADDL laboratory will be charged at the rate of that laboratory or billed directly from the laboratory performing the test. Postage costs for shipment of samples to other laboratories, if required by the referring veterinarian, will be charged
    at the established fees quoted herein.
  • Necropsies include necropsy procedure and associated in-house bacteriology, virology, histopathology, particle electron microscopy, and one toxicology test for a single diagnostic problem. Additional toxicology tests, IHC, and PCR testing will be charged at the established rate.
