New officers take helm at Purdue Alumni Association

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Purdue University Alumni Association board of directors has selected new officers.

Ted Priebe will serve two years as president. Mary Harris-Dieter, president-elect, will become president at the end of Priebe's term. Jerry Williams has been re-elected to a second term as treasurer.

Priebe resides in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. As association president, he will encourage membership in the alumni association, oversee its resources and act as a representative of the organization at university and association functions.

Priebe is a senior consultant and a member of the senior management team of Adayana in Indianapolis. Adayana provides human capital development and organizational performance improvement services in the United States and internationally. A 1968 Purdue graduate, he is a past president of both the Purdue Clubs of South Florida and Central Iowa and was elected to the Purdue Alumni Association's board in 2005.

Harris-Dieter will serve two years as president elect and an additional two years as president. A 1982 graduate, she is the professional development manager for Promotional Products Association International. The current president of the Dallas-Fort Worth Purdue Club, Harris-Dieter resides in The Colony, Texas.

Williams will serve a two-year term as treasurer of the association. He will work closely with the executive director and the director of financial operations to ensure the financial integrity of the organization.

He served for a combined 32 years as a trust officer at the Community Trust and Investment Co. and the Central National Bank of Greencastle. He has served as president of the Purdue Club of Putnam County and has been a PAA Region 6 director.

Williams resides in Greencastle, Ind.
