April 27, 2009 Religion expert will talk about CommunionWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Thomas Norris, a priest in the Diocese of Ossory in Ireland, will present "Towards a Theology of Communion" on May 6 in Purdue University's Krannert Auditorium.The 7 p.m. event, which is free and open to the public, is sponsored by the College of Liberal Arts' Religious Studies program and the Aquinas Education Foundation. Norris is a professor of systematic theology at St. Patrick's College, which is a pontifical university and the national seminary for Ireland. He is author of the book "The Trinity: Life of God, Hope for Humanity -- Towards a Theology of Communion."
