Purdue fans invited to Big Ten tournament celebration in Indianapolis

The Purdue Alumni Association is organizing a fan headquarters in Indianapolis for both the women's and men's Big Ten basketball tournaments, which are March 6-8 and March 13-15, respectively. Both tournaments will be held at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

Beginning on the Friday of both tournaments, the Alcatraz Brewing Co., located at 49 W. Maryland St, Suite 104, in downtown Indianapolis, will offer free soft drinks and snacks to all fans wearing Purdue gear. The celebration will begin two hours before and end two hours after each Purdue game.

In addition, the Purdue Alumni Association has created a Purdue fan Web site that includes information about the Big Ten tournament, including brackets and information about tickets. The page can be found at https://www.purduealum.org/basketball.

The site also contains a downloadable, one-page information sheet designed for fans to take with them to Indianapolis. It includes information about game times, the fan headquarters at Alcatraz Brewing Co., a map of the area, parking details and guidelines on items that can be taken to the games.
