December 9, 2008 Boiler Volunteer Network collects gifts for local familiesWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - The Boiler Volunteer Network's ninth annual Season of Sharing Gift Drive will continue through Dec. 19.The drive will collect gifts for more than 375 local families through a partnership with the Salvation Army, YWCA and the Community and Family Resource Center. Anyone interested in making donations can visit the Boiler Volunteer Network office in Stewart Center, Room G4, where gift request ornaments will be available. Unwrapped gifts for the Salvation Army should be returned to the Boiler Volunteer Network office by 5 p.m. Dec. 12, and gifts for the YWCA and Community and Family Resource Center must be turned in by 5 p.m. Dec. 19.
