— Chad Laux, a limited-term lecturer in industrial technology at the Purdue College of Technology at Anderson, was honored for best paper on Nov. 21 at the National Association of Industrial Technology Awards banquet in Nashville, Tenn. Laux's paper, which was co-authored with Charles Hurburgh of Iowa State University, is titled "Using Quality Management Systems to Meet Food Traceability Requirements of the Bioterrorism Act of 2002." Laux resides in Fishers, Ind.
