October 20, 2008 Purdue Theatre to present production of 'Blue Window'WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -In Craig Lucas' "Blue Window," a get-together in the city gives the audience a glimpse into the lives of seven friends and acquaintances, who are each searching for acceptance, reaching for human connection and struggling with dignity, said director Katherine Burke. She said the play, which is part of the Horizon Series, explores the topics of love, relationships, loss and vulnerability. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23-25, Oct. 29-31, and Nov. 1 and 2. Matinees will be offered at 3 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 25) and Nov. 2. Tickets are $10.50 for the general public, $8.50 for students and $10.50 for those age 62 and older. A special promotion will be offered for the 3 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 25) and 7:30 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 2) shows. For those performances only, tickets will be buy three, get one free.
