Aircraft maintenance and safety

Timothy Ropp, assistant professor of aviation technology

Ropp specializes in aircraft maintenance. He is a member of the working group on safety for the Next Generation Air Transportation System (known as NextGen). The project's goal is the ensure that the air transportation system is able to safely and efficiently handle the increasing numbers of passengers expected in the future.
