September 19, 2008 Purdue students to perform passages from Shakespeare playsWEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue Student Union Board will stage its fourth annual production of Shakespeare in Academy Park at 3 p.m. Sept. 27.The play will be staged in Academy Park between Purdue Memorial Union and Heavilon Hall. It is free and open to the public. The student actors will perform passages from several popular Shakespeare plays, including "Hamlet," "A Midsummer Night's Dream" and "Macbeth." In case of rain, the production will take place in the Union Commons, on the ground floor of the Purdue Memorial Union.
