Seminar to focus on work force generational gaps

WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. - Purdue University's Division of Engineering Professional Education will sponsor a one-day seminar Oct. 8 on bridging generational gaps in the work force. 

The seminar is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Ivy Tech Community College Lawrence Campus in Indianapolis. It will be led by Lisa Ncube, assistant professor in the Purdue Department of Organizational Leadership and Supervision, and Mitchell Springer, manager of engineering operations and strategic initiatives at Raytheon Technical Services.

The cost is $279, which includes program materials and refreshments. Companies sending two or more people can register at the team rate of $229 per person. Registration can be done online at https://www.cec.purdue.edu  or by contacting Marsha Nance at nance@purdue.edu .
