Here is a list of events happening Dec. 11-13 at the West Lafayette campus.

Friday, Dec. 11

-- Open forum with candidate for associate dean for distance learning, Continuing Education and Conferences. David Klenosky. 8-9 a.m. Room 218AB, STEW. Open to faculty, staff and students. (Second of 3; other candidate presentations: Dec. 18.)

-- Tuba Christmas/ Holiday Cheer & All That Jazz. Purdue Bands & Orchestras. Tuba tunes at 7 p.m. in Stewart Center west lobby. Purdue Jazz Bands' annual holiday concert at 8 p.m. in Loeb Playhouse, STEW.

-- Winter Dance Works. Purdue Repertory Dance Company; presented by the Division of Dance in the Patti and Rusty Rueff School of Visual and Performing Arts. 7:30 p.m. Nancy T. Hansen Theatre, Pao Hall. Tickets: $12-$6. Performances also at 2 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Saturday, Dec. 12

-- Breakfast with Santa. Holidays at the Union. Purdue Student Union Board. 8-10:30 a.m. Great Hall, PMU. Cost: $2.50 for three pancakes, two sausage links and juice or milk. Also available for $1: coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

-- Holiday Crafts. Holidays at the Union. Purdue Student Union Board. Free hands-on event for children. 9 a.m.-noon. Room 118, PMU (next to Great Hall).

-- 76th Annual Purdue Christmas Show: "The Spirit of the Season." Purdue Musical Organizations. Noon, 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Elliott Hall of Music. The 8 p.m. performance will have sign language interpretation. Tickets: $26-$12. Performance also at 2 p.m. Sunday.

-- John Purdue Room. This week, the regular menu is being offered, but there are no featured specials due to the imminent end of classes. Friday (Dec. 11) is the last open day for this semester. 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Stone Hall. Reservations encouraged; call 49-46845. TICKETS

Events are free unless noted (except that conference registrations may be omitted here). Ticket prices are for single events, not any series or discount offers. An exception to the following will be noted in the listing.

For varsity athletics tickets, call the Athletic Ticket Office, (765) 494-3194 or (800) 49-SPORT [497-7678]; or visit the office in the Intercollegiate Athletic Facility. The office is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday and before ticketed events at IAF, Mackey Arena and Ross-Ade Stadium. For ticketed sports events at other Purdue venues, tickets will be on sale before the event at the venue. More at www.purduesports.com.

For Purdue Convocations and Purdue Theatre events and some others as announced, go to ticket offices in Elliott Hall (lower level, northeast end by Hovde Hall) or Stewart Center (west lobby), or call (765) 494-3933 or (800) 914-SHOW [914-7469]. The Elliott Hall box office is open 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday and two hours before ticketed events there. The Stewart Center box office is open 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and two hours before ticketed events there.

Purdue Theatre tickets are sold also at the Pao Hall box office. It is open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday and two hours before ticketed events there.
