Final seasonal flu shot appointments announced

There is one final opportunity for seasonal flu shot appointments on the West Lafayette campus, provided by WorkLife Programs. The vendor for these events is Maxim Health Systems.

Free seasonal flu shots on campus are offered to benefit-eligible faculty and staff, graduate staff, official Purdue retirees, and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners.

Appointments are available from noon to 4 p.m. Monday (Nov. 23) at Kurz Purdue Technology Center (KPTC), 1281 Win Hentschel Blvd., West Lafayette.

To register for or change a seasonal flu shot appointment, go to www.purdue.edu/worklife, log in using your career account and password, select "Flu Shots," then click "Pick a Time" and click on the "Login" button.

Bring PUID to the appointment. If you have already scheduled a seasonal flu shot appointment on campus and choose to see your health care provider instead, please use the online system to cancel your appointment.

For those unable to attend this date, please note that the Purdue University Student Health Center (PUSH) is out of seasonal flu shot vaccine and no longer available for walk-ins. See your health care provider, or you may check with the county health department or retail locations. Fees may apply.
