Final wellness screening dates for fall semester

Additional dates and times are now available for wellness screening appointments with the School of Nursing.

Appointments are available at the following times and locations:

* Nov. 6 (F). 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:10-3:10 p.m. Purdue West Shopping Plaza, 1402 W. State Street, WorkLife Programs, facing McCormick Road (PWF).

* Nov. 16 (M). 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:10-3:10 p.m. Room 130, Ross Enterprise Center, 1801 Kalberer Road (ROSS).

* Nov. 17 (Tu). 8:30-11:30 a.m. Conference Room, Purdue Police Department, Martin Jischke Drive (TERY).

* Nov. 18 (W). 1:50-3:30 p.m. Room B-5, Johnson Hall.

* Nov. 20, 23, 24 (F, M, Tu). 10-11:30 a.m. and 1-3:30 p.m. Room B-5, Johnson Hall.

* Nov. 30 (M). 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:10-3:10 p.m. Rooms 2-1 and 2-2, Freehafer Hall (FREH).

* Dec. 1 (Tu). 8:30-11:50 a.m. Rooms 2-1 and 2-2, Freehafer Hall (FREH).

Benefit-eligible faculty and staff and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners may receive one free wellness screening per calendar year. For example, if you completed your screening in the spring of 2009, you must wait until 2010 for your next appointment. Participants must bring their Purdue ID at the time of the screening.

To schedule an appointment, visit www.purdue.edu/worklife and click "Register Now." Those interested in a screening are encouraged to register at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
