Deadline to sign up for Darwin lecture is Thursday

The deadline to sign up for free bus transportation to the University of Notre Dame for a Nov. 1 lecture by Kenneth Miller, author of "Finding Darwin's God," is noon Thursday. The trip is part of the "Religion and Science 'Mini-series'" being co-sponsored by the Religious Studies program and the Purdue Religion and Science Group.

Miller's lecture will focus on "Darwin, God, and Design-Evolution and Battle for America's Soul."

The bus is scheduled to depart from Purdue at 3:30 p.m., allowing participants time to get dinner on their own before the 8 p.m. lecture at Notre Dame's McKenna Hall.
