Help sessions, other resources available during open enrollment

Walk-in session for one-on-one assistance with benefit questions or with the completion of an enrollment form will be held during open enrollment, which goes through Nov. 13.

Sessions will include Staff Benefits, CIGNA, and Medco.

Sessions at the West Lafayette campus:

* Nov. 10 (Tu). 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. STEW 318.

* Nov. 11 (W). 11 a.m.- 6 p.m. ONEP 136, Ross Enterprise Center.

* Nov. 12 (Th). 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. STEW 318.

* Nov. 13 (F). 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Room 2-2, Freehafer.

Employees who work at Calumet, Fort Wayne, or North Central should contact their campus Human Resources Office for scheduling information.

Additional enrollment resources:

* Visit www.mycignaplans.com to compare out-of-pocket costs for the three 2010 medical plans, find a network provider, or use other valuable planning tools. Enter "Purdue2010" as the user ID and "cigna" as the password.

* Staff Benefits is offering an online flip book at www.purdue.edu/hr/videos/cwlw. The flip book is an interactive tool that provides an engaging and self-paced learning experience. Users use their mouse to flip the pages of the online book, which is filled with enrollment and benefit info, helpful animations, graphics, and useful links.
