Wellness screening offerings expanded on West Lafayette campus

Additional dates and times are now available for wellness screening appointments with the School of Nursing.

Appointments are available at the following times and locations:

* Oct. 22, 23, 26, 27, 29; Nov. 4, 5. At 8:10-11:30 a.m. and 1:10-4:30 p.m. Room B-5, Johnson Hall of Nursing.

* Oct. 28, 30; Nov. 2, 3. At 10-11:30 a.m. and 1-4:30 p.m. Room B-5, Johnson Hall of Nursing.

* Nov. 6. At 8:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:10-3:10 p.m. PWF (Purdue West Shopping Plaza, 1402 W. State St., WorkLife Programs, next to Papa John’s Pizza).

Benefit-eligible faculty and staff and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners may receive one free wellness screening per 12-month period. For example, someone who completes a screening in the spring of 2009  must wait until the spring of 2010 for the next appointment. Participants must bring their Purdue ID at the time of the screening.
 
To schedule an appointment, visit www.purdue.edu/worklife and click "Register Now." Those interested in a screening are encouraged to register at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time.
