This week's 'Thumbs Up' recipients

"Thumbs Up" gives faculty and staff the chance to recognize others on campus for a job well done.

This week's "Thumbs Up" go to:

Tadd Colver: Thanks to Tadd Colver for making STAT 501 tolerable! He taught the class in a way that makes it easy to understand. -- Krista Hixson

Mike Harris: The Mitchell Lab would like to give a big thanks to Mike Harris, our zone refrigeration mechanic in Physical Facilities. Mike is talented, creative, hardworking, responsible and an all-around great person to work with. We couldn't get by without him. Thanks, Mike! -- Gioia Massa and other members of the Mitchell Lab in Horticulture and Landscape Architecture

Susan Gurley:  Sue helped me get a massive mailing out in order for the Center for Cancer Research to compete for a big NCI grant. Thanks, Sue! -- Andrea Gregory-Kreps

Marcia Dillman, Kathy Cavanaugh and Sarah Howe: I would like to thank Marcia Dillman, Kathy Cavanaugh and Sarah Howe for all of their continuous hard work helping the payroll department! You guys are appreciated! -- Carrie M. Smith

Denise Heath, Carol Glotzbach, Carol Sikler and Liz Semmel: I would like to nominate the secretaries in Agricultural and Biological Engineering Extension office for "Thumbs Up": Denise Heath, Carol Glotzbach, Carol Sikler and Liz Semmel.

Here is why:

2. They are so helpful always.
3. Never a complaint.
4. They spread a smile around.
5. They get you the messages so promptly.
6. They organize cookies on the front desk off and on.

They do their job so well that it is a pleasure to work in ABE. They deserve a "Thumbs Up." -- Sam Mathew
