Lane on Northwestern near athletics area to close

Two portions of one southbound lane on Northwestern Avenue are scheduled for closure for work on the Mackey Arena complex project -- one closure Friday and the other starting next week.

Friday (July 10), contractors will close a southbound lane near the former football practice field and Mollenkopf Athletic Center so that new approaches may be paved. Map: www.purdue.edu/physicalfacilities/travel/pdf/Mackey_Northwestern.pdf. 

Effective Monday (July 13) through Aug. 3, contractors will close a southbound lane near Mackey Arena for the installation of a new storm sewer and the installation of structural steel. Map: www.purdue.edu/physicalfacilities/travel/pdf/Mackey_Northwestern2.pdf.
