Purdue Working Parents Club plans Castaway Bay event for July 14

The Purdue Working Parents Club invites parents to visit Castaway Bay on July 14. Starting at 6 p.m., parents can bring their children to a play date and stay to meet other Purdue parents.

Castaway Bay is a family-friendly aquatic center located in the northwest corner of Armstrong Park, which is at 9th Street and Beck Lane.

Admission to Castaway Bay is $2 per person. Children under the age of 2 are free. Upon arrival at Castaway Bay, look for the Purdue Working Parents Club sign in the far left-hand corner of the pool area. Parents are required to stay with their child.

Information on Working Parents Club events is now available through Facebook. To join the group, go to www.facebook.com and follow the steps to set up your account.
