Northwestern Avenue garage: Partial closure, traffic changes

The south half of the Northwestern Avenue Parking Garage will close Monday (May 18) for repair, affecting entrances, exits and traffic in the garage.

On the Grant Street side, the entrance will close. The normal exit onto Grant Street will be two-way, serving as entrance and exit.

On the Northwestern Avenue side, the entrance by the Purdue Exponent building and lot will close. The entrance by the Visitor Information Center will remain open. The normal exit by the stairwells will remain exit only.

Traffic within most of the north half of the garage will be two-way. Caution in the garage and at its entrances and exits is important as vehicles move in unfamiliar patterns.
