Take the Purdue Cancer Center Challenge and earn a Healthy Purdue purple apple
Participation in the second annual Purdue Cancer Center Challenge on April 18 can earn Purdue employees a purple apple for Healthy Purdue 2009.
Participants must maintain a six-week training log prior to the race and fill out a registration form. More information and the form are available online at www.purdue.edu/healthypurdue. Benefit-eligible faculty, staff, and their spouses/same-sex domestic partners may participate in Healthy Purdue.
The Purdue Cancer Center Challenge 5k run/walk, a 3.1-mile race, is open to the public and will begin at 8:30 a.m. It will start and finish at Ross-Ade Stadium. The registration fee is $18 for students and $20 for non-students. More information is available online at http://www.purduecancercenter.com.
