Police suggestion boxes placed on campus

The Purdue Police Department has placed suggestion boxes in strategic locations around campus to receive anonymous comments from students, staff and faculty.

One box is on Stewart Center's ground floor under the information board by the student organization offices. Another is on the ground floor of the Recreational Sports Center next to the  equipment checkout center. The three others are at the Purdue Village Community Center, the Latino Cultural Center and police headquarters. The boxes will be checked on a regular basis by members of the police department's Diversity Team.

A person who attended the December town hall hosted by police at the Black Cultural Center had remarked that an anonymous way to convey concerns might be useful. The boxes are meant to follow through on that idea.
