Tickets available for Tiller's last game as Boilermaker coach

A limited number of tickets remain for the Old Oaken Bucket game against Indiana University on Saturday at Ross-Ade Stadium.

South end zone tickets are available for just $22. Tickets are available at the Athletic Ticket Office in IAF.

Kickoff is at noon for Joe Tiller's final game as head coach.

Tiller, who is retiring at the end of this season, is the winningest football coach in Purdue history with 86 victories. He has taken the Boilermakers to 10 bowl games in 12 years, including the 2001 Rose Bowl.

A brief ceremony honoring Tiller will take place after the game, and fans will receive a commemorative poster upon leaving the stadium.

Eighteen Boilermakers will play their final game Saturday and will be honored during pregame ceremonies. They are defensive tackle Ryan Baker, center Cory Benton, safety Frank Duong, defensive tackle Jermaine Guynn, linebacker Anthony Heygood, defensive end Alex Magee, cornerback Fabian Martin, wide receiver Roberto McBean, offensive tackle Garret Miller, wide receiver Greg Orton, quarterback Curtis Painter, offensive tackle Sean Sester, running back Kory Sheets, wide receiver Desmond Tardy, tight end Jerry Wasikowski, wide receiver Joe Whitest, wide receiver Brandon Whittington and safety-cornerback Torri Williams.

Purdue and Indiana have met 110 times previously (the ninth most-played rivalry in college football history), with the Boilermakers holding a 68-36-6 advantage. Since 1925, the teams have played for the Old Oaken Bucket, and Purdue leads that portion of the series by a 54-26-3 margin.

Tiller has a 9-2 record against Indiana.
