Recycling and sustainability to be topic of forum

A forum at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 on "Sustainable Sustainability" in Purdue's recycling program will feature exchange of ideas with a consultant from a newly hired firm.

Purdue has hired Resource Recycling Systems of Ann Arbor, Mich., to help improve and expand the University's recycling efforts. Martin Seaman, senior consultant at RRS, will be at the forum to provide information and gather input.

The public event, set for Room 200 in Wetherill Laboratory of Chemistry, will be hosted by the Grounds Department of Physical Facilities, the Boiler Green Initiative and Purdue Student Government.
