John Purdue Room to open Tuesday for fall semester

The John Purdue Room, located in Stone Hall, will be open 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning Tuesday, Sept. 2.

The restaurant is a student-run operation with a course (HTM 291L) designed to give students basic knowledge of food service operations. Students learn and develop food production, service skills and carry out all aspects of the dining experience.
