Invite WorkLife Programs to your office

Haven't been able to make it to a class? Need some different programming for a meeting or event? WorkLife Programs will come to you.

Departments and work groups can invite WorkLife to give a presentation at a retreat, staff meeting or special session. Attendees who are completing their apples for Healthy Purdue can receive credit for a red apple.

Presentation topics include Healthy Eating on the Run; Healthy Aging; Chocolate: The New Food Group; Navigating Your Health Benefits Resources Online; Self-Care Techniques; Managing People Pressures; and The Mind-Body-Spirit Connection.

To request a presentation, fill out the speaker request form at www.purdue.edu/worklife or call 49-45461.

Requests will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis, and a two-week lead time is suggested for scheduling. Groups should have a minimum of 25 attendees, and all programs are free.

More apple eligible offerings will be available this fall. For more information on the apples and how to complete them, visit www.purdue.edu/healthypurdue.
