Wednesday mail delivery to be altered due to Spring Fling
The regular afternoon mail run will not happen on Wednesday, May 21, so that employees may attend Spring Fling, the appreciation event for faculty and staff. All morning delivery and pick-up times on Wednesday will be normal.
In addition, there will be a special pick-up at 10:30 a.m. to collect all campus and U.S. mail, parcels, and shipping (FedEx, UPS) at the following buildings: ADDL, LYNN, LILY, AGAD, FREH, KRAN, YONG, STEW, BRNG, WTHR, HOVD, SCHL, PFEN, MATH, CIVL, GRIS, EE and PMU.
The Shipping Department will process all FedEx and UPS until 11 a.m. Those who miss the regular morning pick-up may bring items to the east side receiving door entrance at MMDC until 10:30 a.m. for same day processing.
