Fulbright Program information session is today

The University Honors Program will hold an information session for undergraduate and graduate students interested in learning more about the U.S. Student Fulbright Program on Monday, March 31, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in Room 214C, Stewart Center.

The US Student Fulbright Program (http://us.fulbrightonline.org/home.html) supports more than 1,000 U.S. citizens annually for a year of study, research, teaching experience or professional training in more than 100 countries.

In addition to the academic and career benefits it provides, the program gives students opportunities for personal development and international experience. Students benefit from being able to meet, work with and live among people of the host country, promoting cross-cultural interaction and mutual understanding.
